On November 8, 2019 – National Labor Relations Board attorney Elizabeth Bach dispatched DHS-FPS agents in Florida to covertly enter private property in violation of the law for the second time in 23 months with direct orders to intimidate and violate the constitutional rights of the journalist who published reports of misconduct at the NLRB.The entire ambush at the home of the journalist in Naples, Florida by the agents was recorded on video and Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart has been notified about this intentional violation of constitutional rights in retaliation for reporting death threats made against the journalist previously.
The journalist received written death threats from the NLRB in October, and this act is in direct retaliation for an American Citizen who filed a complaint of death threat against the NLRB.
