Case Studies on Federal Government Corruption, Malfeasance and Reform

Second Edition – Labor Day 2024

Cutoff August 15, 2024 for next edition

“Systemic Racism” is present when the people in an organization at every level turn a blind eye to racism when it is presented to them.

This case study exposes for the first time the deep seated evil and corruption being coordinated inside the United States Department of Labor EEO and FOIA organizations that have destroyed countless lives.

Subject: Media Request

Dear USDOL Communications Personnel:

The purpose of this email is to gauge your interest in participating in media interviews or events, on or off the record, in the state of Florida during 2024, so that you can explain why you supported “Systemic Racism” at the U.S. Department of Labor against eight black federal government technology employees in 2015. We seek to interview the racist employees at every level of your organization, including yourself, that participate regularly in Systemic Racism against black federal technology workers by turning a blind eye to racism when it is presented to them. We aim to help U.S. citizens understand the severe character flaws, political affiliations, and identities of all the people employed by the U.S. government today that turned a blind eye to racism against eight black federal technology workers when it was presented to them in writing many times, over many years.

Interview Question: Please explain why you turned a blind eye to retaliation against John Stuart Edwards by senior executives in the U.S. Department of Labor Solicitor’s Office, CIO’s office, Inspector General, EEO, Civil Rights Center and the ETA in 2015. Do you fear retaliation if you blow the whistle on systemic race discrimination against black federal technology employees in the U.S. Department of Labor?

If you would like to participate in the interview anonymously, then do not reply to this email. We will contact you at the appropriate time and place, in a manner permitted by the law. If you don’t want to participate, please let us know by Labor Day.

Also, congratulations! We are lobbying Congress for mandatory prison sentences and capital punishment for U.S. government employees, like yourself, that discriminate against black people and retaliate against federal employees that oppose discrimination.  Our proposal will be presented to the world on Labor Day 2024 in the next edition of, “Petition to the Government for a Redress of Grievances: The Edwards Dossier” Case Studies on Federal Government Corruption, Malfeasance and Reform. We are publishing a very special case study about your agency’s brand of racism and the deep seated evil and corruption being coordinated inside your EEO and FOIA organizations that have destroyed countless lives.

Delay, deny, hope you die is the government’s strategy to kill whistleblowing, and it has worked, until now.

Thank you!

Subject: Freedom of Information Act Request (AUG 19 23)

Dear USDOL FOIA staff:

The purpose of this Freedom of Information Act request is to promote the efficiency of the government and preserve important records that contain evidence of egregious crimes committed by current federal employees and an ongoing conspiracy by senior executives at the U.S. Department of Labor, including Acting Assistant Secretary Carolyn Angus-Hornbuckle, to conceal race discrimination against eight black federal technology workers and retaliation against me for opposing it in 2015.

Please provide a pristine copy of the below listed email in your response under the Freedom of Information Act in order to memorialize the complaints described in the MEDIA REQUEST for use by federal or state law enforcement and the media to expose crimes that are being carried out under the protection of senior officials at your agency.

The source of this important records request is the USDOL Office of the Chief Information Officer and each of these USDOL email account holders:

trupo.michael@dol.gov; nieves.edwin@dol.gov; vaught.grant.e@dol.gov; mcclure.amanda.c@dol.gov; godinez.victoria.c@dol.gov; vereen.monica.c@dol.gov; gamble.bennett@dol.gov; feroli.christine.e@dol.gov; honick.ryan.l@dol.gov

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please include a copy of this request with your response.

Have a great weekend!

Subject: MEDIA REQUEST

Good morning. Our company is crowdsourcing a case study on social media beginning next year titled, “OIG Complaint Against Carolyn Angus-Hornbuckle for Willfully & Unlawfully Concealing Documents that Prove Systemic Racism @USDOL Against Black Tech Workers & Retaliation by Current Federal Employees Aung Htein & Naomi Barry-Perez & Others Across the Government.”

This case study will be featured in the textbook, “Petition to the Government for a Redress of Grievances: The Edwards Dossier” Case Studies on Federal Government Corruption, Malfeasance and Reform (Second Edition) that will be published on Labor Day 2024.

We intend to ask our Senator Rubio and Congressman Diaz-Balart to read the full complaint (see link below) on the floor of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and would like to offer the U.S. Department of Labor an opportunity to comment on the record, before that day happens. Why is Julie Su turning a blind eye to racism against black people? Does she hate black people? Why is Julie Su turning a blind eye to retaliation against a white man that opposed racism? Does she hate white people too? Sure looks like it. The evidence is mounting. Is she buddies with Aung Htein? Sure looks like it. The evidence is mounting. We could go on…

Please take your time to consider our request since it involves a non-frivolous and fully substantiated criminal complaint to the USDOL Inspector General, that coincidentally, has a propensity to turn a blind eye to racism and retaliation too. Therefore, we don’t need a response from your agency before Labor Day, next month. We’ll probably start promoting the book next spring, so if you do change your mind after the holiday, let us know. We have an entire year of goodies planned for you! A lot of case studies.

Government accountability happens when all branches of the U.S. government work together to root out racism and make retaliation and concealing documents a crime. Join us. It’s never too late for the Executive Branch to do the right thing. The courts did their job. Congress is doing their job. What the hell are you doing?

You can review the crowdsourced materials for this case study at this link:

https://www.capitolhellway.com/2023/08/12/oig-complaint

Our goal is to get this case study into 100,000 classrooms by 2028, with the Third Edition. Will you help us?

This project is funded for 100 years.

Have a great day!
