Subject: Freedom of Information Act Request
Good morning,
The source of this important records request is the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Mr. Brent Parton at the U.S. Department of Labor.
To promote the efficiency of the government and preserve important records that contain evidence of egregious crimes committed by current federal employees and an ongoing conspiracy by senior executives including the Office of the Inspector General AND Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Brent Parton, Solicitor of Labor Seema Nanda, Civil Rights Center Director Naomi Barry-Perez, OASAM WECO Director James Matthew Lewis, the National Archives and Records Administration, and others across the government to conceal allegations of race discrimination against 8 black federal technology workers and vindictive retaliation for opposing discrimination, we request a copy of the below email under the Freedom of Information Act or other statutes that allow citizen access to this information.
This email contains specific allegations of high crimes by Brent Parton, Aung Htein and other current senior government employees and contractors inside the USDOL that the Inspector General and Secretary of Labor have turned a blind eye to for many years.
“Systemic Racism” is present when the people in an organization at every level turn a blind eye to racism when it is presented to them.
For the Integrity Committee: this foia request is provided to assist with your review of the DOL IG’s participation in discrimination and sanctioning retaliation against an employee that opposed discrimination and other violations of federal law at the USDOL.
Please let me know if you require any additional information to fulfill this FOIA request.
My contact information has not changed.

MEDIA REQUEST
Dear Brent Parton,
The purpose of this email is to gauge your interest in participating in media interviews or events, on or off the record, in the state of Florida during 2024, so that you can explain why you support “Systemic Racism” at the U.S. Department of Labor against African American federal employees. We seek to interview the racist employees at every level of your organization, including yourself, that participate regularly in Systemic Racism by turning a blind eye to it when it is presented to them. We aim to help U.S. citizens understand the severe character flaws, political affiliations, and identities of all the individuals employed by the U.S. government today that turned a blind eye to racism against African Americans when it was presented to them in writing, many times, over many years.
Consider:
- Did Edwards make a disclosure based on a reasonable belief that wrongdoing has occurred? Yes
- Was Edwards discharged, or otherwise discriminated against? Yes
- Did the responsible management officials have knowledge, actual or constructive, of Edwards’ protected disclosures? Yes
- Would the same actions have been taken against Edwards absent the protected disclosure? No
The DOL Inspector General and his staff have turned a blind eye for decades to complaints about abuse of authority and retaliation under the protection of the Integrity Committee at the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency and the Merit Systems Protection Board.
What’s your excuse?
Interview Question: Please explain why you turned a blind eye to whistleblower retaliation against John Stuart Edwards by senior executives at the U.S. Department of Labor Solicitor’s Office, CIO’s office, Inspector General, EEO, Civil Rights Center and the ETA in 2015. Do you fear retaliation if you blow the whistle on systemic race discrimination against African Americans in the U.S. Department of Labor?
If you would like to participate in the interview anonymously, then do not reply to this email. We will contact you at the appropriate time and place, in a manner permitted by the law that allows your identity to remain confidential.
Looking forward to your responses upon your return to work, or later.
thank you!
