READ THE AGENCY RESPONSE TO FOIA NLRB-2022-000289
This Freedom of Information Act request is to protect from tampering and deletion the official U.S. government records that will inform the public concerning a disabled military veteran’s race discrimination and whistleblower retaliation complaint that was reported by a National Labor Relations (NLRB) employee in writing to current NLRB Chair Lauren McFerran on November 30, 2016.

REQUEST A COPY OF:
1} FOIA NLRB-2020-000275 – Submitted on Friday December 13, 2019.
2} FOIA NLRB-2020-000278 – Submitted Sunday December 15, 2019.
It is requested that the NLRB provide a full copy of each original FOIA request along with all official written responses that were sent by the NLRB to the requestor for each FOIA request. If no response was provided to the requestor by the NLRB, please supply an explanation justifying why the FOIA request was ignored by the NLRB and how that dereliction of duty follows the law.
The records being requested provide comprehensive direct evidence that U.S. government officials currently employed by the NLRB in senior leadership positions across the agency including the Inspector General have committed multiple crimes and are evading prosecution. The records will contribute significantly to the public understanding of the operations and activities of the government and withholding this information is a serious threat to the nation because it contains material evidence that the Chair of the NLRB Lauren McFerran and board member John F. Ring have committed and covered up multiple crimes including threats of violence throughout their tenures on the board including making death threats and causing the intimidation of a former employee in retaliation for blowing the whistle on their illegal conduct.
