Let’s Kill ‘Em A!!
Guns and cars are regulated by the government.
People operate guns and cars.
Ergo; people are responsible for what their guns, and cars do.
Guns and cars kill people.
People control guns and cars.
Ergo; guns don’t kill people,
–People Kill People.
American elites oppose private gun ownership because they want to disarm the mob. That complicates things, but the Constitution can be amended to restrict gun rights if enough States ratify it.1
Americans that oppose communism shout, “Don’t violate the Constitution!” and “Don’t Tread on Me!” to the tyrannical elites; and the radical communists in this country are stoking fear and hatred by saying, “Half of America is racist!”2
There is a better way!
Many people were killed over the weekend in mass shootings in Texas and Ohio and I offer my heartfelt condolences to the families struck by these horrific tragedies. I pray for all of them.
Sadly, on cue, all the politicians in the world have come out of the woodwork to express their usual outrage about the shootings, and cast blame on President Trump who they say is a racist.
The Sad Truth
In a few days, when the last grave is closed and the TV cameras fade away, many Americans will forget what happened and go on about their normal lives. And then after the next shooting and the next, they will be sad again.
And the nation will do it again, and again, and again;
and yet again, until nothing gets better and we know it never will.
And then we ask ourselves-
Are we a country run by idiots? There comes a time when we have to stop putting lipstick on this pig!
You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.3
We need congressional term limits and anti-corruption laws, but I digress. Here is the solution to end mass shootings that no one in the media will report.
According to public policy activist Buell von Krapinuhm, “This is the most significant proposal since the Marshal Plan. It is elegant, simple and not based on any political ideology. It salutes the 2d Amendment and leaps boldly into the root causes of mass shootings in a way that no one else has ever pondered. It’s common sense.”
1) Treat the mentally ill;
2) Enforce firearm, stand your ground and concealed carry laws;
3) Improve security to protect life in our communities;
4) Hold public officials who don’t do their jobs accountable when the system fails to protect us.
What is the motive for mass shootings?
A mass shooting happens when a bunch of people get shot with a gun and the media labels it a mass shooting. The motive of mass shooters is all the same. They want to shoot people to kill them. All people who want to shoot people to kill them are insane.
Mass Shooters Are Serial Killers!
Ted Bundy, who murdered more than 30 women and escaped from jail twice to kill again, had serious mental issues. All serial killers do. And so do all mass shooters.
No one in the media will report it but just in case you are still wondering, all people who kill other people because they want to are insane. Killing people is not normal behavior. When I served in the Marines, I wanted to kill people. It was my job, and I was insane.
Politicians use gun policy to divide the public and raise money for reelection. They use it to shield them from any accountability for squandering our taxes and destroying our country. The right to bear arms is a constitutional Right that forces us to look for better solutions.
If we fix our mental health care; if we prohibit crazy people from purchasing firearms; if we respect our law enforcement professionals and first responders; and if we hold public officials accountable when the system fails to protect us, we will be safer without restricting anyone’s individual constitutional rights.

- Amending the U.S. Constitution is a 2 Step Process
Step One -Congress or States may Propose an Amendment to abolish the 2d Amendment. Congress can propose the Amendment with a 2/3 majority vote (67 Senate / 290 House), OR when 2/3 of State Legislatures (34) call for a Constitutional Convention which has never happened before.
Step Two -Only States may Ratify an Amendment to abolish the 2d Amendment. 3/4 of the States (38) must ratify an Amendment through State Legislatures or Special State Conventions that are proposed by Congress or at a Constitutional Convention which has never happened before.
There are 27 amendments to the Constitution. Approximately 11,770 measures have been proposed by Congress to amend the Constitution since 1789. See Measures Proposed to Amend the Constitution.
