Synta Keeling is a corrupt government bureaucrat that has broken the law and not been held accountable. My objective in writing this article is to create a permanent online record of her misconduct with the hope that one day she is punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Synta Keeling – Phone: (202) 273-2995 – Email: Synta.Keeling@nlrb.gov is a federal government employee and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) officer at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Washington D.C.
To date, Synta Keeling has unlawfully withheld the responses to many FOIA requests in order to obstruct justice, and she has issued false reports required by law on the status of these FOIA requests in the agency’s online tracking system https://www.foiaonline.gov.
Exhibit A: NLRB FOIA ONLINE REPORT
But that’s just the beginning
The motive for Ms. Keeling’s malfeasance is to suppress evidence of widespread waste, fraud and abuse at the NLRB by Chief Information Officer Prem Aburvasamy, Inspector General David Potts Berry and other senior officials including Ms. Keeling and her supervisors and her staff at the NLRB.
The FOIA requests will show beyond a reasonable doubt that Synta Keeling has acted capriciously with respect to withholding responses to the above list of FOIA requests in violation of the law; to wit, Ms. Keeling’s wrongful conduct was done within the scope of her employment in violation of 5 U.S. Code § 552 and she has willfully and unlawfully concealed government records from the public in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2071.
The official responses to the FOIA requests will also show that senior officials at the NLRB including the Inspector General David Potts Berry and Chief Information Officer Prem Aburvasamy tampered with the documents requested and altered official government records in order to conceal corruption and malfeasance committed by two senior executives at the agency, the former Chairman Philip A. Miscimarra and Deputy General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo who left the government after getting caught.
Read the article Killing Whistleblower Retaliators at the NLRB – Prem Aburvasamy to see why Miscimarra departed the NLRB, and the article Jennifer Abruzzo Resigns from NLRB about how Abruzzo was fired. Read these articles for more about Synta Keeling’s criminal enterprise at the NLRB.
Revenge is a dish best served cold
For her violations of 5 U.S. Code § 552, the law requires that sanctions be taken against individual agency employees who are found to have acted arbitrarily or capriciously by improperly withholding government records. For example, a judge could hold Synta Keeling in contempt for concealing the records.
For her violations under 8 U.S. Code § 2071, Synta Keeling is facing fines and imprisonment of three years, termination from her job, and disqualification from holding any office under the United States.
If a lawsuit is filed by a third party, the court can award attorney fees and other litigation costs against the government.
The evidence being concealed by Synta Keeling clearly shows that crimes are still being committed at the NLRB and covered up by Synta Keeling. I fully expect that Keeling and the other corrupt government officials at the NLRB won’t be held accountable by the corrupt Justice Department, however, by creating a permanent online record on the Internet of the crimes committed by Synta Keeling, Prem Aburvasamy and others at the agency, the public can be informed about the widespread corruption and illegal activity at the NLRB that has been going on for many decades without any congressional oversight.
Sunshine is the best disinfectant for germs like Synta Keeling, Prem Aburvasamy, Charles Eric Marks, David Potts Berry, Sivaram Ghorakavi, Elizabeth Bach, Roxanne Rothschild, Hari Sharma and Ying Xing. One day these maggots will be held accountable. That’s what sunshine does. It kills germs.
According to news reports, Synta Keeling also masquerades as an Airbnb host who lives in the historic neighborhood of Anacostia in Washington, D.C. where she advocates socialism and other policies to harm this nation.
The cover-up continues

Thank you for your prompt response confirming the corruption cover-up at the NLRB. We have obtained the unredacted reports identified as those requested under the FOIA from sources inside the government with access to the information. Since the OIG neither admits nor denies the existence of the information, those unredacted reports will be published at the appropriate time along with your responses to inform the public and to substantiate additional charges against personnel at your agency.
If you care to comment on any story involving the corruption and cover-up by the OIG and FOIA Officer at the NLRB, please send your responses to the email below.
