This blog post is an official Whistleblower Complaint made on behalf of a Whistleblower who at this time has requested to remain anonymous.
THE WHISTLEBLOWER COMPLAINT
Prem Aburvasamy is abusing his official U.S. federal government position again. This time, Aburvasamy stands accused of illegally selling U.S. government jobs to vulnerable foreign students on behalf of a private job placement firm for personal gain.
“The private placement agencies have made elaborate advertisements by erecting billboards in prominent places in the city depicting Prem Aburvasamy’s federal government CIO title and the NLRB organization to lure job seekers to events where each attendee is required to pay $50.00 to hear Aburvasamy’s speeches.”
According to the source, Prem Aburvasamy is receiving compensation and other benefits for speaking at these events including, “wine, wealth and women” in exchange for encouraging foreign students to participate in a U.S. job placement program that he personally guarantees on behalf of a private company.
Sources who attended his speeches say that Prem Aburvasamy is using his current job in the United States federal government as a credential to guarantee job placement and immigrant work visas for hundreds of students in India.
During a recent widely advertised speech at the Mount Zion International School in India, Prem Aburvasamy told the audience that he will use all his influence and power as a senior U.S. government executive on behalf of the private company. Prem Aburvasamy also told students that he can personally guarantee that each of the students who sign up for the program will obtain a job and work authorization in the United States of America. Several attendees say they are skeptical of his claims and appalled that he is being permitted by the NLRB to abuse his authority and steal money from the students by making false claims on behalf of a private company for personal gain.
Aburvasamy is the Chief Information Officer at the National Labor Relations Board, a.k.a. NLRB, and has been allowed to continue his government employment there despite being accused of committing criminal acts and whistleblower retaliation during the past year.
