University of Florida President Hoping for Violence to Build Movement

Warning to Readers: This article is satire – a parody on fake news. A sense of humor is advised.

GAINESVILLE – University of Florida President Kent Fuchs said he wants Richard B. Spencer’s speech today to spark violence that will gain sympathy for the Marxist Leftard movement Fuchs represents.

Fuchs warned that he and his supporters will thrive on any confrontation brought by the gangs of leftist protesters he has incited at UF. He said his army of leftard students hope to provoke the same violent clashes that broke out during an August rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, that left one woman dead.

“Now, for the first time in the history of our nation, racist college students and the NFL are coming together to deny Mr. Spencer his constitutional rights and accuse white people of racism,” Fuchs said. “We’re coming to our campus today with the intentions of creating riots and destruction with the goal that everyone in this country adopt our view of the world or be called a racist.” He went on to say in a celebratory tone that “This is a media bonanza for us!”

When asked why Mr. Spencer should be silenced, Fuhs responded, “Well, I have to admit that I never actually listened to any of Mr. Spencer’s speeches or read his blog, but CNN and MSNBC are reporting that he is a racist so that’s good enough for me.”

We Need To Reverse the Blacklisting Rule

Why do we still have the Executive Order –Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces?

Did you know that it is being implemented right now in our government by a radical left wing activist at the Department of Labor?

Lafe Solomon is considered by Watchdog.org to be one of the Scariest People of 2016. He is also the U.S. Department of Labor senior labor compliance adviser that has been in charge of implementing the 2014 “Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces” executive order signed by President Obama on July 31, 2014.

Inside the beltway this order is known as the “Blacklisting Rule.”

the order says:

“This order seeks to increase efficiency and cost savings in the work performed by parties who contract with the Federal Government by ensuring that they understand and comply with labor laws” and regulations.

The effect this executive order has is that it creates purpose and establishes intent for out of control government involvement and corruption. Those businesses that the government favors will be permitted to receive government contracts and as an extension, progressively any state or locality that receives federal funding. This is one of the backdoors that was being built by President Obama and Tom Perez to control businesses – through the control of people through regulations. It is also part of the Democrats electoral strategy to control conservative districts, make them weaker. Tom Perez who is coincidentally in the running to be the next Chair of the Democratic National Committee of course has been written about widely in this blog for widespread discrimination and corruption.

The EEOC, NLRB, EPA, Justice Department and other regulatory bodies collect this data now and are using it collaboratively today to build that political blacklisting machine Obama and Perez were to planning to pass to Hillary Clinton.

The next section of the executive order says:

“Helping executive departments and agencies (agencies) to identify and work with contractors with track records of compliance will reduce execution delays and avoid distractions and complications that arise from contracting with contractors with track records of noncompliance.”

Government “Helping” means a big bureaucracy we don’t need and can’t afford.  This also means the government can say, “If you don’t do what I want, you can’t get money.”

We need to focus on reducing regulations everywhere now, add back what we need later.

We need to reverse this executive order today.

Trump Freezes Federal Hiring

President Trump this week ordered a freeze on all federal hiring and called for a long-term plan to reduce the size of the Federal Government’s workforce through attrition within 90 days. Here is the full text of the memorandum.

THE WHITE HOUSE

Office of the Press Secretary

For Immediate Release

January 23, 2017

MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES

SUBJECT: Hiring Freeze

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby order a freeze on the hiring of Federal civilian employees to be applied across the board in the executive branch. As part of this freeze, no vacant positions existing at noon on January 22, 2017, may be filled and no new positions may be created, except in limited circumstances. This order does not include or apply to military personnel. The head of any executive department or agency may exempt from the hiring freeze any positions that it deems necessary to meet national security or public safety responsibilities. In addition, the Director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) may grant exemptions from this freeze where those exemptions are otherwise necessary.

Within 90 days of the date of this memorandum, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), in consultation with the Director of OPM, shall recommend a long-term plan to reduce the size of the Federal Government’s workforce through attrition. This order shall expire upon implementation of the OMB plan.

Contracting outside the Government to circumvent the intent of this memorandum shall not be permitted.

This hiring freeze applies to all executive departments and agencies regardless of the sources of their operational and programmatic funding, excepting military personnel.

In carrying out this memorandum, I ask that you seek efficient use of existing personnel and funds to improve public services and the delivery of these services. Accordingly, this memorandum does not prohibit making reallocations to meet the highest priority needs and to ensure that essential services are not interrupted and national security is not affected.

This memorandum does not limit the nomination and appointment of officials to positions requiring Presidential appointment or Senate confirmation, the appointment of officials to non-career positions in the Senior Executive Service or to Schedule C positions in the Excepted Service, or the appointment of any other officials who serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority. Moreover, it does not limit the hiring of personnel where such a limit would conflict with applicable law. This memorandum does not revoke any appointment to Federal service made prior to January 22, 2017.

This memorandum does not abrogate any collective bargaining agreement in effect on the date of this memorandum.
