First Amendment Under Attack by the U.S. Department of Labor

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is under attack by Labor Secretary Thomas E. Perez and his war against the Constitution is being paid for by the U.S. Taxpayer!

According to two sources, U.S. Labor Department federal government employees including attorneys and possibly contractors are conducting investigations to determine the sources of articles recently published exposing corruption and racism there. As reported earlier, the U.S. Department of Labor has a predisposition for retaliation against Whistleblowers and now it is attacking the First Amendment.

One source has reported that the investigation has expanded this week to include other websites and social media.

Correction: It was earlier reported that the U.S. Court of Federal Claims may have attorney’s involved but only one source confirms that. Robert E. Kirschman, who is the husband of Lisa Lahrman works at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.  Kirschman is the current Director of the National Courts Section, Commercial Litigation Branch, Civil Division, United States Department of Justice.
